Our Story
Dave and Sam’s story begins in Parry Sound, Ontario, where they were raised on hard work, respect, and doing things right the first time. Learning the trade from their father, a lifelong homebuilder, they developed strong hands-on skills, discipline, and attention to detail from an early age.
Now based in Sherwood Park, Alberta, they’ve come together to build a renovation business rooted in family values and real-world experience. From kitchens and bathrooms to basements, decks, and full remodels, they deliver quality work you can count on at a fair price.

Meet Sam
Sam brings over 20 years of experience as an Advanced Care Paramedic and firefighter, a career built on trust, precision, and calm decision-making under pressure. His strong sense of accountability and attention to detail carry directly into every renovation project.
In addition to his frontline career, Sam holds his realtor’s license and has completed courses in home inspections. This gives clients a unique advantage—insight into property value, structural integrity, and long-term investment potential that goes beyond the build itself.

Dave brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in home renovations. Before fully committing to the trade, he worked as a professional chef—an experience that shaped his discipline, creativity, and eye for detail.
Specializing in custom cabinetry and finishing work, Dave takes pride in the details that elevate a space from functional to exceptional. He has a talent for finding creative solutions and bringing out the unique character of each homeowner through thoughtful design and tailored renovations.
